Just when some of the European markets looked vulnerable a huge snapback rally occurred today after Portugal managed to have a successful debt auction. Usually the biggest short term rallies occur during bear markets so it will be interesting to see how these markets behave after this huge one day rally. The Euro also had a nice day after looking vulnerable when it dipped slightly below the November low.
